I am Raneim Gadala, an engineer, small business owner, and cultural advocate with a passion for uniting the Arab-American community. I am currently pursuing a degree in Engineering Management with a focus on systems engineering and am deeply involved in projects that combine leadership, communication, and community building. My work extends to managing a family-owned business, Sphinx Fashion Club, and serving as the administrator for Arab Socials, a platform focused on creating meaningful events for the Arab community in Los Angeles.

I have experience in leading initiatives that bring people together and foster cultural exchange. One of my core missions is to use my role in Arab Socials to bridge gaps within our community and celebrate our shared heritage, especially during times of difficulty in the Middle East.

Hosting the Arab Winter Ball is particularly significant for me, as it provides a much-needed space for Arab-Americans to come together in unity, despite the current challenges in the Middle East. This event is not only a celebration of Arab culture but also a demonstration of our community's resilience and solidarity.
