My name is Jeanne-Alexa Reinhardt, I am 20 years old, and I founded Waveofdirection in the spring of 2024. I started this journey when I was just 18, driven by a passion for dance, community, and creating meaningful connections between European dancers and world-class choreographers. Waveofdirection is my way of building bridges—bringing global artistry to Europe while giving dancers access to inspiring, high-quality workshop experiences.
From the beginning, Waveofdirection has been part of major Europe tours with top artists. Our journey started with Jam Republic’s Hui and YGX Hyunse during their first Europe tour, followed by Yechan of Jam Republic together with Root, it continued with the Color dance crew together with Woonha in a small dance camp in two cities in germany. In February our Europe Tour with Jam Republic Shawn, Tarzan and Beom took place.
This year I also invited yechan again, since his Europe tour was a major success!
Throughout these projects, I have proudly taken on the role of main organizer for Germany working together with organisers in Europe, ensuring every tour date is executed with clarity, care, and a strong commitment to both artist and participant experience.
With Waveofdirection, I focus on curated, high-impact events rather than high frequency. I organize around 4 workshops and tour dates each year, choosing quality, intention, and community-building over volume. Every event is carefully designed to highlight each artist’s individuality while giving dancers a space to grow, connect, and feel genuinely inspired.
What defines Waveofdirection is dedication, communication, and heart. I care deeply about creating experiences where both artists and participants feel supported and valued. My mission is to continue developing opportunities for international artistic exchange—strengthening the European dance scene and making every workshop an experience that leaves a lasting impact.
As interest in Korean dance styles continues to grow, many young dancers dream of learning directly from the artists who inspire them online. Without initiatives like ours, these opportunities would be inaccessible for most of them.
However, organizing international workshops involves significant expenses: flights, accommodation, studio rentals, logistics, and marketing. Even though I started this journey very young, I have personally invested my own time, resources, and passion to keep these workshops affordable and open to everyone.
To continue offering these experiences—and expand them to more cities—I am seeking partners who believe in empowering youth through culture, movement, and education.
Why Partner With Us?
1.Real Impact on Youth: Your support gives young people access to sport, creativity, and a safe, inspiring environment.
2.High Visibility: Our events attract dancers, influencers, and culture-focused audiences who provide excellent visibility for sponsors across Europe.
Community Engagement: Supporting our workshops shows your commitment to physical activity, mental well-being, cultural exchange, and youth development.
A Growing Cultural Movement: K-culture and dance events are rapidly expanding—your brand will stand at the forefront of this movement.
Together, we can continue to create unforgettable experiences and build a cultural bridge between Europe and South Korea.
I would be happy to discuss sponsorship options and explore how we can build a meaningful partnership that benefits your brand as much as our community.
Thank you for considering this opportunity. I look forward to hearing from you.
My name is Jeanne, I am 20 years old, and I am currently pursuing a double degree in Management and English Linguistics. Alongside my studies, I am building a dynamic career in the creative and cultural sector, driven by my passion for dance, community, and meaningful projects. To afford my studies i need to work part-time as a Barista.
I work as an event manager and social media manager for a well-known influencer, where I coordinate projects, manage campaigns, and bring creative ideas to life. These roles have taught me how to stay organized, communicate effectively, and adapt in fast-paced environments.
Dance has always been a central part of my life. Even as I grow professionally, I stay connected to my roots by teaching dance on a voluntary basis at my former high school. Sharing my passion with younger students and giving them a safe space to grow continues to inspire me every day.
Beyond my professional and academic life, a beautiful new chapter is beginning—I am getting married next August, and I am excited to build a future filled with love, creativity, and purpose.
Through everything I do, my goal is to create opportunities, uplift young people, and connect communities through movement, culture, and shared experiences.
