About the event

The World Orchestra Festival aims to provide a platform for all kinds of music ensembles (especially for the kids and youth orchestras) to perform, learn, compete, communicate, and establish and deepen friendships, regardless of age, origin, religion, and cultural background.

The Festival welcomes symphonic, chamber, and folk music orchestras, wood and brass bands, marching bands, percussion ensembles, jazz bands, and other ensemble types to join in the diverse activities, either in the competition or the celebration category. A number of concert halls and historical venues in Vienna provide perfect stages for the participants to unfold their talents and to present their music.

Why should you sponsor?

So far, we have been mostly self-financed, covering the biggest part of expenses with registration and participation fees, and this limits us greatly in terms of venue rentals, activities, and, consequently, the number of groups we can welcome.

Our goal is to make this annual festival the biggest orchestra event in Europe and beyond and to welcome a much larger number of groups from around the globe so we can create a truly international platform where we can celebrate diversity, create connections, and grow together, while providing a chance for orchestras to gain new skills and perform in amazing venues.

With more support, we could offer discounts or even free participation for good ensembles that otherwise couldn't participate, create even more activities for our participants, offer cheaper packages, make the festival longer so everybody has time to perform, etc.

In turn, we can offer exposure and a long-term partnership in whichever form both parties included deem beneficial. So, feel free to reach out with an offer and become part of this story of one future, our better future! (*our motto)

World Orchestra Festival

The Festival Organizer is UniArt Media, a classical event company set in Vienna. We take part in many smaller events over the year, but our main festivals are the World Peace Choral Festival and the World Orchestra Festival in July. We have been doing this for over 10 years now, but after 2020 and a few cancellations, we realized that this is the perfect time to reinvent ourselves and open the doors of our festivals for a much larger audience. 

Every donation and new partnership creates an opportunity for a larger reach and bigger impact, so we look forward to any and all offers that can help us take our festival to the next level!
