level content creation. The Capaholic House
provides a central hub where we can organize,
execute, and live stream high-impact events and
activations; similar in energy and scale to Kai
Cenat’s Mafiathon.
Unlike a single creator streaming from their room,
our model brings together 8 unique streamers
under one roof, each with distinct brand identities.
This creates a multiplier effect, boosting cross-
audience engagement, collaborative content, and
overall viewership exponentially.
The Capaholic House is positioned as a modern
blend of Rob Dyrdek’s Fantasy Factory and a
fraternity-style creator collective, reimagined for
today’s digital landscape. The house will serve as
both a creative incubator and a full-scale media
