About the event
Tezal-Con is a video game convention hosted by TezalCo Studios, a game development studio out of Alabama. In 2021 we set out on a mission, to bring the world of gaming to the Wiregrass. Ever since then, we've been working on building ourselves up until the day that we could host a convention, born in our image. Now we have the honor to present you with Tezal-Con!
Join us, February 8-9, 2025, as we bring the ever-expanding world of video games to the Wiregrass area! We have a lot planned for you all, from free-play game rooms to game development panels, cosplay competitions, and many more.

Tavaras KoonceMy name is Tavaras Koonce, I am a Professional Organizer in Montgomery AL. I work with many companies both nonprofit and for-profit, (Ex. URGE: Unite for Reproductive and Gender Equity, Montgomery Pride United, TezalCo, HPTN 096, Invisible Histories, GTSouth, and the Rosa Parks Museum) to create experiences for their visitors, clients, and partners. I've been working within the city of Montgomery for 6 years creating connections with the community to ensure the experiences that I am a part of feel genuine and heartfelt.
