About the event

World Kindness Day is a global movement highlighting the importance of empathy, understanding, and cooperation to create a more harmonious and caring world. 

Kindness Fest is an annual fundraising event held in honor of World Kindness Day. We believe kindness is an antidote to violence. Kindness Fest brings people of diverse backgrounds together through music and the arts. The event is held at the Belly Up, identified by Rolling Stone Magazine as "one of the hottest live music clubs on the West Coast."

The lineup includes Smoke and Mirrors Sound System and DJ Plastik playing Roots, Rock & Reggae.

For 6 years we have curated career and business resources specifically designed for survivors to rediscover and harness their innate strengths. None of our 65+ members have returned to the sex trade, instead, they thrive in meaningful careers. Our annual cost for one member to receive ongoing support is $10,000.
