IGNITE: The Inner Uprising™ is a curated, high-integrity gathering for women in midlife who are navigating transition, renewal, leadership, and embodied sovereignty. This is not a conference or trade show. IGNITE is an intentional, immersive experience where the environment, nourishment, sound, and space are part of the transformation itself. We are inviting a small number of values-aligned brands, organizations, and supporters to contribute to specific experiential elements of the event through in-kind support or partial underwriting. Partnerships are selected based on alignment, care, and contribution to the experience — not promotional reach. This is a relationship-based collaboration, not a marketing activation. IGNITE is stewarded as a legacy experience with long-term cultural impact for women in midlife. We are seeking experiential and in-kind supporters who can meaningfully contribute to the quality, care, and integrity of the IGNITE experience.Ideal areas of support include * Food, beverage, or refreshment partners * Environment or lounge support * Printed or tactile attendee materials * Wellness-aligned services or resources * General underwriting of experiential elements We are not seeking sales-driven sponsorships, aggressive branding, lead capture, or promotional activations.

Donation & Underwriting Support Donations support the creation of a grounded, high-integrity experience for women in midlife. Contributions are used to underwrite essential elements of the IGNITE experience, including: • Environment and space design • Attendee materials and keepsakes • Hospitality and nourishment • Accessibility and inclusion needs • General event production support While this category is listed with a minimum contribution amount, donations of varying levels are welcomed and deeply appreciated. Suggested Contribution Ranges (Guidelines Only): • $1,000–$2,500 – Supports attendee materials or hospitality • $2,500–$5,000 – Supports a specific experiential element • $5,000+ – Meaningful underwriting of event quality, care, or accessibility In-kind contributions that meaningfully support the experience are also welcomed and considered through conversation. This is a gratitude-based contribution, not a promotional sponsorship. Donations do not include advertising, lead generation, or prominent logo placement. Supporters are acknowledged with care and appreciation in alignment with the tone and integrity of the event.

We are seeking one or two values-aligned food or beverage partners whose offerings support nourishment, wellbeing, and presence. Support may include: • Beverages or refreshments for attendees • Light nourishment aligned with conscious consumption • In-kind contributions or partial underwriting of hospitality needs This is an experience-first partnership, not a sales or sampling activation. Sponsor presence is subtle, respectful, and aligned with the tone of IGNITE. Food sponsors are acknowledged with care and gratitude in event materials and post-event communications, without aggressive branding or promotion. Ideal partners value quality, integrity, and contribution over visibility. All food and beverage offerings are reviewed for alignment with the values and experience of the event.

We are seeking one values-aligned beverage partner to support attendee refreshment in a way that is grounded, nourishing, and aligned with wellbeing. Support may include: • Non-alcoholic specialty beverages, coffee, tea, or hydration offerings • In-kind product contribution and/or partial underwriting • Support for beverage service during designated moments of the event This is an experience-first partnership, not a promotional or sampling activation. Beverage offerings are integrated thoughtfully into the event flow, with subtle acknowledgment only. Brand presence is calm, respectful, and aligned with the aesthetic and integrity of IGNITE. All beverage offerings are reviewed to ensure alignment with the values and tone of the experience. I’m Denise Drinkwalter, the creator of IGNITE: The Inner Uprising™ and the host of Thrive After 45™.
My work is focused on supporting women in midlife as they navigate change, rediscover confidence, and step into what comes next with clarity and purpose.
Through years of conversations with women across North America and beyond, I’ve witnessed how overlooked and under-supported women in midlife can be—despite their influence as leaders, decision-makers, caregivers, and consumers. IGNITE was created as a direct response to that gap.
This inaugural event is a natural extension of the community built through Thrive After 45™ and is being shaped in collaboration with dedicated Torchbearers who have invested their time and energy into bringing this vision to life.
My commitment is to create a high-integrity, impactful experience that benefits not only the women who attend, but the families, workplaces, and communities they influence.
