  My name is Jennifer Torrez, i am one of the Executive Board members of the Grand Strand Down Syndrome Society. As a parent of a child with down syndrome, I am passionate about supporting other individuals with Down syndrome and their families. My role involves organizing community events, creating support programs, and fostering partnerships that enhance the lives of our members. Our annual holiday event is one of the most cherished traditions, bringing joy, connection, and support to our community.
