CCLC 2027: Future-Ready Cold Chains, From Compliance to Competitive Advantage
The 2nd Cold Chain Leaders Conference & Excellence Awards (CCLC 2027) will be held on 10 February 2027 at Sahara Star, Mumbai. Convened by NAB-CCM, the one-day international conference brings together the people who keep temperature-sensitive medicines safe, from manufacturing to the last mile.
India’s pharmaceutical and healthcare supply chains face growing pressure to protect product quality. Vaccines, biologics and other temperature-sensitive products need disciplined Good Distribution Practice (GDP), validated packaging, reliable cold-chain infrastructure and real-time visibility. Global partners also expect Indian players to meet international standards consistently. CCLC 2027 aims to shift the conversation from compliance as an obligation to cold-chain excellence as a competitive advantage.
The programme combines leadership addresses, two panel discussions, the launch of the CCLC app, sponsor spotlights and an exhibition and display area. Discussions will focus on GDP and regulatory readiness, last-mile integrity, AI and IoT-enabled monitoring, sustainability, thermal packaging and India’s role as a reliable partner in global pharma logistics. The day closes with the CCLC Excellence Awards and a gala dinner, which recognise outstanding contributions to cold-chain quality and performance.
The conference is designed for a senior audience, with a planning target of over 200 delegates. They include pharma and biotech manufacturers, quality, regulatory and supply-chain leaders, cold-chain logistics and storage providers, packaging, HVAC and refrigeration companies, automation and technology innovators, industry associations and international delegates. Registration, the exhibition area, tea breaks and the gala dinner give participants several chances to build relationships and explore partnerships across borders.
Organisations can take part as Title, Platinum, Gold, Silver or Association Partners, or through the Lanyard, Bag and Networking partnerships.

CCLC 2027 brings the entire cold-chain value chain into one room: pharma manufacturers, quality and supply-chain heads, logistics and infrastructure companies, technology providers and international delegates. It is not a mass expo but a focused, senior-level forum. Sponsors reach a targeted audience and build visibility, credibility and relationships in one place.
