BB eSports Apex Legends Road to Sapporo,

Oklahoma, United States Oklahoma, United States

  • About the event

Road to Sapporo is an online Apex Legends competitive tournament series produced by BB eSports. Its purpose is to create a structured competitive pathway for developing teams while raising a $6,000 Championship prize pool intended to help the winning players offset the cost of traveling to Sapporo, Japan, to attend and experience the ALGS Year 6 Championship.

The official ALGS Championship is scheduled for January 28–31, 2027, in Sapporo. Road to Sapporo is a community tournament series and does not qualify its winners to compete in the ALGS Championship. The travel-focused prize is intended to give the winning players an opportunity to experience the highest level of Apex Legends competition in person.

Teams will compete in five qualifier events and earn cumulative points based on performance. The highest-ranking teams will advance to the Road to Sapporo Championship on December 19, 2026, which will use an ALGS-style Match Point format.

    Proposed Qualifier Schedule:

    • Event 1 — August 26, 2026
    • Event 2 — September 30, 2026
    • Event 3 — October 24, 2026
    • Event 4 — November 14, 2026
    • Event 5 — December 5, 2026
    • Road to Sapporo Championship — December 19, 2026

Sponsorship funding will support the Championship prize pool and event delivery. The qualifier events give sponsors recurring exposure through tournament graphics, livestream acknowledgments, Discord announcements, social-media promotion and prize-pool updates leading into the Championship.

The $6,000 goal is intended to provide meaningful travel assistance, but BB eSports does not represent that it will necessarily cover every travel expense. Travel arrangements, passports, entry requirements, tickets and individual eligibility remain the responsibility of the recipients unless otherwise stated in the official tournament rules.

Road to Sapporo is independently organized by BB eSports and is not an ALGS qualifier or an endorsement, sponsorship or official production of Electronic Arts, Respawn Entertainment or the Apex Legends Global Series. Dates and event details remain subject to final scheduling and applicable publisher approval.

    Why should you sponsor?

BB eSports is more than a tournament organizer. We are building a player-development ecosystem that connects structured competition with coaching, education and opportunities for continued growth.

Road to Sapporo is a six-event campaign consisting of five qualifier events and a season-ending Championship. This provides sponsors with recurring visibility throughout the series rather than exposure during only one broadcast.

Sponsorship directly supports a $6,000 Championship travel-prize pool intended to help the winning players offset the cost of traveling to Sapporo, Japan, to attend and experience the ALGS Year 6 Championship. This gives each sponsorship a clear purpose: helping developing competitive players access an international esports experience that may otherwise be financially out of reach.

BB eSports is also developing the BB Esports Academy as an educational extension of our competitive programs. The Academy is designed to provide coaching, clinics, structured player-development programs and future youth esports camps. Our goal is to help players learn competitive strategy, communication, teamwork, leadership, tournament preparation and responsible participation—not simply provide another place to compete.

Depending on the selected package, Road to Sapporo sponsor benefits may include:

    • Logo placement on approved qualifier and Championship graphics
    • Recognition throughout the BB eSports Discord community
    • Co-branded social-media promotion
    • Livestream and broadcast acknowledgments
    • Sponsored segments and prize-pool updates
    • Recognition during the Championship and prize presentation
    • Post-series reporting on participation, viewership and delivered benefits

BB eSports currently reaches an international Apex Legends community that includes more than 1,136 Discord members and more than 1,800 Twitch followers. This gives sponsors an authentic connection to competitive players, esports viewers, coaches, team organizers and gaming consumers.

By supporting Road to Sapporo, sponsors are not only supporting a Championship. They are helping BB eSports develop players, build competitors and create pathways through competition and education.

Road to Sapporo is independently organized by BB eSports. It is not an ALGS qualifier and does not imply sponsorship, endorsement or official affiliation with Electronic Arts, Respawn Entertainment or the Apex Legends Global Series. All sponsorships and promotional materials remain subject to applicable approvals.
