Al Morabbi Educational Award is an annual online educational writing competition organized in Morocco through Al Morabbi (www.almorabbi.org), an independent educational website dedicated to education, early childhood development, teaching, and pedagogical knowledge.

The award was established to encourage original educational writing, recognize outstanding contributions, and provide a platform for educators, teachers, researchers, and authors to share their knowledge, professional experiences, and innovative educational ideas.

The initiative places particular importance on early childhood education, the quality of teaching, children's development, and the role of educators in building the foundations of lifelong learning.

Beyond its intellectual and pedagogical objectives, the Al Morabbi Educational Award also has a human and social mission. Many early childhood educators in Morocco work under demanding conditions while receiving modest salaries. Their commitment, patience, creativity, and daily contributions to children's education deserve recognition and appreciation.

The award seeks to celebrate these efforts, encourage professional creativity, and strengthen a culture of recognition and respect for educational work.

Each annual edition focuses on one or two educational themes selected by the organizer. Participants may submit between one and five original articles per theme.

The submission period lasts two months, followed by four months of evaluation and observation of article engagement before the official announcement of the results.

The competition recognizes one official winner annually. The proposed financial prize is MAD 3,000, subject to confirmed sponsorship funding.

Al Morabbi is a personal and independent educational initiative founded and managed by EL-MASOUDY MOHAMED, a Moroccan early childhood educator. It is not affiliated with an association, NGO, or institutional organization.

By becoming a sponsor, your organization will support both the intellectual development of educational content and the human values of appreciation, dignity, and professional recognition.

The proposed sponsorship package is valued at US$400 and is intended to finance a cash prize of MAD 3,000 for one winning author.

The difference between the sponsorship amount and the announced prize value will be used exclusively to cover applicable platform commissions, payment processing fees, currency conversion expenses, and international transfer charges.

No portion of the sponsorship funds will be retained as personal profit, salary, or compensation by the organizer.

Any remaining balance after payment of the prize and actual transaction costs will be handled transparently, either by increasing the winner's award or according to an arrangement agreed upon with the sponsor.

The financial prize will be confirmed once sufficient net funding has been secured and a permitted payment method has been established.

In return for its support, the sponsoring organization will receive official recognition on the award website, including the display of its name, logo, and a link to its official website.

The sponsor will also be acknowledged in the announcement of the annual winner and in relevant online communications associated with the award.

The sponsorship contribution, the official financial prize, and the final results will be communicated transparently. The sponsor will have no influence over the independent evaluation or selection of the winning article.

About the Organizer – EL-MASOUDY MOHAMED

My name is EL-MASOUDY MOHAMED. I am a Moroccan early childhood educator working with the Moroccan Foundation for Preschool Education (FMPS). I hold a university degree in Sociology and have a strong interest in education, childhood development, cultural identity, literature, and the social role of educational institutions.

Alongside my professional responsibilities, I am a writer and author of literary works and translations in the Amazigh language. I also write educational and intellectual articles in Arabic, addressing subjects related to education, society, childhood, and pedagogical practices.

I am the founder and manager of Al Morabbi (www.almorabbi.org), an independent Moroccan educational website dedicated to sharing educational knowledge, publishing original articles, promoting pedagogical initiatives, and supporting educators, teachers, researchers, and families.

My experience in early childhood education has allowed me to understand the considerable responsibilities carried by educators, particularly those working under demanding conditions with limited financial recognition. I strongly believe that educational dedication, intellectual creativity, and the daily efforts of educators deserve greater appreciation and recognition.

This conviction inspired me to establish the Al Morabbi Educational Award, an independent annual initiative designed to encourage original educational writing, recognize outstanding contributions, and promote the exchange of knowledge and practical experiences.

Beyond its academic and educational objectives, the award reflects my personal commitment to human dignity, professional recognition, cultural enrichment, and the promotion of educational creativity.

The Al Morabbi Educational Award is a personal initiative. It is not organized or sponsored by my employer, nor is it affiliated with a registered association or institution. My professional affiliation with FMPS is mentioned exclusively as part of my educational background.

Transparency, fairness, and independence are fundamental principles of this initiative.

As the founder and organizer, I am strictly excluded from participating in or winning the award. The same restriction applies to all members of the organizing team and their family members. Articles written by organizers or their families are not eligible for the competition.

All eligible participants compete under the same published rules, and sponsors have no influence over the evaluation process or the selection of the winner.

I am committed to ensuring that sponsorship funds designated for the financial award are used transparently and that the full announced prize amount is delivered to the rightful winner, without any personal financial benefit to the organizer.
