    The 2025 Holiday Toy Drive & Client Appreciation Event is a community celebration hosted by Zaray Harvey, Orlando Realtor and Loan Officer. The goal is to bring together local homeowners, clients, and business partners for an evening of connection, giving, and holiday cheer — all while collecting toys for New Hope for Kids’ “Bag of Hope” program, which provides gifts to children who have lost a parent or are battling life-threatening illnesses.

    Guests will enjoy festive music, holiday drinks, catered bites, and mini holiday photo sessions overlooking the St. Cloud Lakefront.

     

    Why should you sponsor?

    This event offers sponsors valuable exposure to 50–100 local homeowners, active home buyers and sellers, and trusted vendors in the Central Florida area. Sponsors will be featured on the event invite website, social media promotions, and on-site signage, gaining recognition as key community partners.

    With over 20,000+ local views on Instagram in the past 30 days, your brand will be showcased to a highly engaged local audience before, during, and after the event.     Zaray Harvey

    Hi! I’m Zaray Harvey, a Central Florida Realtor and Mortgage Loan Officer. I got into real estate because I wanted to learn how to buy a home and help others do the same. That goal turned into a career I genuinely love, guiding people through one of the biggest milestones of their lives and making it feel easy and personal.

     

    I’ve been in the business since 2023 and have built a business based on honesty, integrity, and my attention to detail. All of my clients have become like family, and this event is my way of showing appreciation and continuing to nurture those relationships.

     

    I’m also deeply passionate about supporting children who are going through difficult times, which is why I partnered with New Hope for Kids for this toy drive. It’s the perfect way to combine community, gratitude, and giving back during the holidays.
